As an independent artist and business, we strive to provide you with a unique and personalized experience. Please note that our orders may take approximately 14-21 business days to ship. For overseas deliveries, the additional transit time can range from 10-21 days, depending on the courier service you choose.

For pre-orders, we do our best to include estimated release dates based on our current production and shipping schedules. However, these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to bring you our latest creations. If you have any questions or need more information about your pre-order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, we promise to put in our best efforts to expedite the process. You'll receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.

For international deliveries, please note that USPS First-Class Package International Service does not include tracking for all destinations, so it is best to check USPS to see if your destination gets Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation® International https://www.usps.com/international/first-class-package-international-service.htm Please note if you do not select a tracked shipping method, we will be unable to give you any tracking information and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

We work with the majority of the major carriers. When you proceed to checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred delivery method.
